Ezra Morgan is a swoon-worthy romantic interest. He is carefree, jovial, a bit haughty, and has an eye for the supernatural. Mr. Morgan is a seventh son of a seventh son, which allows him to see spirits. Growing up with this gift, he is used to seeing souls that refuse to move on. What he was not prepared for was seeing a butterfly spectre floating around a gorgeous woman's head.

While Ezra Morgan falls fast and hard for Mrs. Beaufort, she is not ready to open her heart or share her dangerous secret life. However, the Abyss has other plans.
